If you contact me by email, I may receive your name, email address, organisation, project information and any other details you choose to provide. This website does not currently use an enquiry form, analytics trackers or advertising cookies.

Why information is used

I use enquiry information to respond to requests, discuss potential services, provide quotes, manage working relationships and keep necessary business records. Depending on the circumstances, the lawful basis is legitimate interests in handling business enquiries, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing and storage

Business email is forwarded by Porkbun to a Gmail inbox operated by Google. These providers may process information under their own service terms. I do not sell enquiry information. Information may be shared with professional advisers or service providers where reasonably necessary or legally required.

Retention

Enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for correspondence, follow-up, contractual matters and applicable record-keeping requirements. Unnecessary personal information is deleted when no longer needed.
